The treks

The treks are each time organised by a specialized agency.
Eric will take part in all mountain activities, but he is not a mountain guide: he will be your health guide.

Our Himalayan treks are not the same as the others treks proposed by the various Nepalese trekking agencies.

If you have any light mechanical problems, like back pain, knee pain, you will be able to explain it, and to look for a solution.

The beginners and the elders are warmly welcome in our treks which are not made for running, except our first Annapurnas’Triathlon, which is under preparation.

Every morning, before breakfast, Eric Lon is teaching warming and breathing exercises based on Himalayan yoga. These exercises help to clean the body within, stretching the joints, moving the general energy.
The session is for one hour, but it is a soft training available for anybody.

The different kinds of breathing that are taught in this morning class will used daily during the trek, combining walking and breathing in adaptation with the trail and the height to provide a good acclimatization.

During the treks, looking the Nature and the people, taking photos, is very important.

Look at the photo gallery of Eric, on Flickr, by using the links, and you will know that it could be better to trek with an experienced photograph.
Eric is also interested in Buddhism. During the treks in Buddhist regions you will be able snap unusual pictures.

By afternoon, at the arrival at the lodge, Eric will teach you easy stretching exercises and some relaxing massage done with loose clothes. You will learn for life, and you will use these exercises in other treks and at home.
