The treks

The treks are each time organised by a specialized agency.
Eric will take part in all mountain activities, but he is not a mountain guide: he will be your health guide.

...
EASIER TREKS
The camel safaris in Rajasthan are available for anybody able to walk three to four hours per day, mainly in the morning, for five days. In addition to walking and riding a camel, you could enjoy Nordic skiing if you bring your personal equipment.
During the afternoon you will learn sand massage and yoga to stretch your body, which is probably not used to being on a camel!

...
INTERMEDIATE TREKS
The treks in the desert, in Sahara or in Namibia, are designed for intermediate trekkers.
A bit harder, the trek around Dharamsala is over 4000 meters above sea level. They are not advisable if you are not used to trekking at such altitudes, or if you are unfit.

...
ADVANCED TREKS
You will find on the dedicated pages of Spiti to Ladakh and Nepal will make you understand that some previous experience in trekking at more than 4000 m is necessary.

...
NOTES
in Rajasthan, like in Sahara or in Namibia, The practionners of Nordic skis are most welcome to bring their gear and seriously enjoy dune skiing !

Longer treks like in Spiti and Dharamsala provide the time and the opportunity to learn 2 health techniques.
