Different Yogas

Eric Lon has practiced Yoga for more than 30 years. He teaches different kinds of Yoga, the aim being to balance the body and the mind. The classes are given outside to catch more energy. As a physiotherapist and physical training teacher Eric proposes Hatha Yoga in connection with basics of anatomy and physiology, related to the postures and the breathing.

Eric also teaches Tibetan Yoga, a technique particularly efficient in the mountains. It is made of only ten exercises, done by sets, such as the sun salutations and the Tibetan Buddhist prostrations.

His teaching is made for beginners, even if they feel stiff.

Eric has practiced French Healing Yoga which is efficient against back pain, for a long time.

Everyday you will take part in two sessions of one and a half hours. Bring your carpet and your swimming costume for breathing exercises in the sea.

Each session includes cleansing exercises of the digestive system which are not taught very often in the cities. Within a short time you will eliminate a lot of toxins accumulated during the year. The local food is connected with healthy life.

Practising yoga daily helps connect with Massage, a good example is Thai Traditionnal Massage.

Laughing at will with the laughing yoga

Most People who do not practise Yoga think that it is necessary to be serious to make it, and some of those who practise it take themselves sometimes too seriously. What is true for some is not true for the others. We can also laugh and better live thanks to the Yoga.
Laughter is a natural pleasure which we can activate thanks to specific exercises of Yoga, the same way as we maintain or in the same way as we improve one's flexibility of body and spirit.

There is about fifteen years ago, a young Indian doctor, the Dr Kataria, married to a teacher of hatha yoga Indian has created a particular technique of at-will-laughting.

International scientists proved that laughter is a shape of natural therapy without danger. To laugh improves the morale and the health by activating good hormones and by reducing the effects of the stress. The laughter provoked by funny stories and funny films is similar to the laughter created by physical exercises. Some know how to laugh, but the others forgot. To laugh also can be learned, especially in group as the laughters are contagious.

Today, only in New Delhi, India, there are fifty clubs of at will laughter, and there are more than five thousand worldwide.

To laugh at will, thirty minutes a day activates the general energy and stimulates the immune systems, our key to fight against the stress. It is within the reach of everybody, without any criterion of flexibility or physical strength.

Having participated in New Delhi in a teacher training of the at will laughter Yoga, I can teach you this techniques during my various tuitions all over the world.
