Sahara : Yoga and Dune Skiing
“On the foot steps of the Hermit of the Sahara”.
The dunes of the “Sand Sea” are ideal for trekking, by foot or with cross country skis.
The Nordic skis slide far more easily than by feet.
Twenty years ago Eric Lon has created the dune skiing clubs at Taghit and at Beni Abbes, two Saharian oasis where the “Hermit of the Sahara” was used to be useful to human beings.
You may walk on his holly footsteps.
The dunes are ideal to enjoy Yoga as well as Relaxing Massage with Sand.
If you better like walking on the rocks than on the dunes, the holly tracks lead from Tamanrasset to the heart of Hoggar Mountains.
Come to create your own track in november, when camping is pleasant.

Namibia : from the dunes to the mountains.
Namibia is one and half larger than France, but with only one and half millions of inhabitants.
Travel by road, often gravel roads, during five to six hours is not good for the back.
Travel with a masseur physiotherapist and learn the art of Relaxing Massage is a good counter action to the long drives.
Eric Lon already travelled twelve times to Namibia.
He has taught Dune Skiing to the rangers of the Namib Naukluft National Park.
He also acted in the field of Rock art, mainly in Erongo Mountains.
October is nice and there are fewer tourists.
