During summer 2008 Eric Lon teaches Yoga and Massage on two different kinds of beaches of Provence, district Var, France.

  Morning: from 7 to 9 AM. Yoga and massage lessons at Toulon: le Mourillon. These beaches are classical beaches.
Eric Lon teaches yoga under the guidance of the French association “Sun Yoga”, and he provides individual massage lessons.

  Afternoon: Eric Lon proposes yoga and massage courses at fifteen kilometres from Toulon at “le Jonquet”, the official family naturist beaches of la Seyne sur Mer.
