Trekking in the Himalayas with daily yoga and massage courses will be adapted for the beginners as well as for experienced trekkers.

Our program is for ten months.
On your way, you will discover many interesting things, including Buddhist culture and local way of life in remote areas.
These classes, mainly about massage and yoga, will teach you how to practice at home. Come for trekking with your best home’ friend to learn and remember more things than if you are traveling alone. Come with other friends and it will be your trip.
Your teacher will be Eric Lon, “physio globe trekker”, a certified masseur physiotherapist and experienced trekker for more than thirty years.
Through this web site, Eric Lon is proposing to organize health classes designed to activate your well being when trekking. These tailor made sessions are suitable for absolute beginners in yoga and massage. Some treks are designed for beginners.
